I’ll be updating this page, and adding content to this site in due course... but here’s a quick hello.
The Headmaster’s Flame is a novel by myself, Lula Starr Evans. I’m in my late thirties and am based in the UK. I started writing it around 2022, and sharing online since Dec 2023, but really I’ve been dreaming up this story in fragments of limerent fantasises all my life.
It’s a romance, comedy, and graphic erotica. It’s no holds barred and highly un-PC. I never wanted to write a cookie cutter romance, but something that would get deep inside you.
Described by one reader as ‘more pornographic than porn,’ it was banned from Wattpad! But it’s also a deep and profound love story that explores in great detail every stage of a girl’s sexual awakening.
I wanted to write something with the sweetly beautifully written, grey area morality as Lolita... but with actual love, and active female sexual desire.
...Something as spiritually deep as Jane Eyre, but with erotic bedroom detail to a TMI level.
...Something with the kinky malevolence we see in the success of Fifty Shades, but with comedic eloquence and quirky British character.
Vladimir Nabokov writing Lolita said his ultimate wish was to ‘fix the perilous magic of nymphets.’ Mine in The Headmaster’s Flame is to fix the magic of the father-figure-lover who licks and heals woman’s deep unfathomable wound.
I absolutely have the time of my life writing this story! The process is always so fun to me, I simply never experience writer’s block writing it. The characters pour out of me.
It is a work in progress, sharing a new chapter here till finished in 2025, then edited and prepared for e-book and print in 2026.
